The UWC Thailand Manta Sports Fund
The Manta Sports Fund supports students in participating in sports trips, enabling them to compete and collaborate with teams locally and across the region. These events not only showcase athletic talents but also provide invaluable experiences, such as travelling in Thailand and across Asia. Through these opportunities, students gain exposure to diverse sporting environments, broaden their global perspectives, and build lasting friendships. Thanks to the financial support of the Manta Sports Fund, scholarship students can access these transformative experiences.
Beyond covering travel expenses, the fund also provides access to:
- Sports uniforms
- Sporting equipment
- International Trips (flights, visas, pocket money, hotels)
- Local travel
The Manta Sports Fund support allows athletes to focus on their performance and teamwork without concerns about basic necessities.
