1. Who is eligible for the Open House promotion?

The promotion is available to new families who attend the UWC Thailand Open House and complete enrolment by the stated promotion deadline. Applications must be made directly through the UWC Thailand Admissions Office. Families applying through a UWC National Committee (NC) or the Global Selection Process (GSP) are not eligible.

2. What is the Open House promotion for attendees?

Eligible families may receive:
• 3% Tuition Fee reduction for the first 12 consecutive months
• 50% off the Placement Fee (save THB 50,000)
• Free Application (save THB 7,000)

3. What does “first 12 months of enrolment” mean?

The promotion applies to your child’s first 12 consecutive months at UWC Thailand, regardless of the academic start date.

4. What is the deadline to qualify for the promotion?

All enrolment requirements must be completed by 31 December 2026. This includes completing the admissions process, submitting required documentation, signing the enrolment contract and paying the required tuition and fees in accordance with the Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions. The promotion is valid for an agreed start date up to and including August 2027.

5. What happens if I miss the enrolment deadline?

If enrolment requirements are not completed by the stated deadline, the Open House promotion will not apply and standard tuition and fees will apply.

6. What happens after the first 12 months of enrolment?

After the first 12 months, standard tuition fees — including any annual increase approved by the Board — will apply. No promotion applies beyond the initial 12-month period.

7. Can the promotion be combined with scholarships or other discounts?

No. The Open House promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, scholarships, financial aid, or special offers.

8. Are boarding fees included in the promotion?

No. The promotion does not apply to boarding fees or other additional services, including AELA, Learning Support, Co-Curricular Programmes, transport and uniforms. Please refer to the Standard Promotional Terms & Conditions for full details.

9. Can I transfer the promotion to another child or change the agreed start date?

No. The promotion is non-transferable and non-freezable. It applies only to the enrolled child and the agreed intake/start date. For this Open House Promotion, the agreed start date must be no later than August 2027.

10. Can I attend the Open House even if I’m not ready to enrol?

Yes. All prospective families are welcome to attend. The promotion applies only if enrolment requirements are completed by the stated deadline.

11. Can we bring our child to the Open House?

Yes. Families are encouraged to bring their children. The Outdoor Education Centre visit is optional.

12. Will photos or videos be taken during the Open House?

Photography and filming may take place during the Open House for UWC Thailand communications, including our website, newsletters and social media. Families may speak with a member of staff if they have any questions or do not wish to be photographed or filmed.

13. What if my family is overseas and cannot attend the Open House?

Families who are unable to attend are still welcome to contact our Admissions team to discuss UWC Thailand and their enrolment options. However, attendance at the Whole School Open House is required to qualify for this Open House Promotion.
