Mallory Verick
English Teacher
Mallory has joined UWC Thailand after 13 years of teaching in international schools throughout Asia and Latin America. She holds a BA in English and Spanish Secondary Education, a MA in English Literature, and an MS in Multidisciplinary Studies. She has taught courses ranging from middle school English Language Arts to university research studies.
She is a passionate educator who believes that an education that targets students’ individual needs and interests is one of the most powerful tools in inspiring younger generations and empowering them to become world citizens.
She is excited to be a part of the UWC Thailand community and loves to be outdoors and active, seeking any opportunity to go kayaking, rock climbing, and hiking. A self-proclaimed animal-lover, she also takes advantage of every opportunity to engage with every street cat and dog she passes.
